Dynasty fantasy football is all about grabbing assets before their values quadruple.  Last year, the owners that invested in the likes of Alshon Jeffery and Nick Foles got highly rewarded for their insight.  I took a quick glance at cjmyfantasyleague’s ownership values of many 25 years and under players.  It was surprising how many under owned potential fantasy assets are laying on waiver wires in leagues or might be a small trade away from being on your fantasy roster.

RB CJ Anderson, Broncos 41.58% owned

Sure the Montee Ball era started in Denver towards the end of last season.  The Broncos kept this powerful, battering ram around despite only giving him seven carries last season.  If Ball falters and Anderson improves his pass blocking, this back could be very valuable with Peyton Manning occupying defenses.  His ownership should be double of what it is now.

RB Vick Ballard, Colts 36.69% owned

The third year runner had a surprising rookie season accounting for almost a thousand yards, but only three touchdowns.  Last season, he tore his ACL during the first game of the season.  Ballard was ahead of Ahmad Bradshaw before the knee injury.  The Colts responded to this injury by trading for Trent Richardson in September, only to be disappointed by his efforts.  For a flyer, why not invest in a possible starter for Indianapolis?  Sure Richardson and Bradshaw are more talented, but Ballard could regain his starting job with unimpressive efforts (which both Bradshaw and Richardson have in them).

TE Brandon Bostick, Packers 24.82% owned

Bostick is a muddy selection with the free agent signing of Colt Lyeria, the drafting of Richard Rodgers in the third round, and the Packers well wishes to Jermichael Finley.  He is more of a deeper league stash, but well worth it if he gets to catch passes from Aaron Rodgers.

RB Lance Dunbar, Cowboys 33.91% owned

New Dallas offensive coordinator Scott Linehan keeps on pumping Dunbar up.  He successfully used both Reggie Bush and Joique Bell in Detroit’s attack last season, so we know he can make two runners fantasy relevant.  I recently traded Houston’s Andre Brown for him in a 32 team league to the Arian Foster owner.  Dunbar could be a top 25 option at running back or at least a very strong flex option.

TE Gavin Escobar, Cowboys 26.05% owned

The second year tight end is improving his blocking, which is what kept him off the field last season.  Jason Witten is getting older and Escobar is a good receiver who should get an uptick in usage this season and beyond.  Especially in deep roster leagues or premium tight end scoring leagues, Escobar should be on someone’s roster.

RB Latavius Murray, Raiders 45% owned

Coming off a rookie season spent on the injured reserve, Murray is looking up at two well-worn backs in MJD and Darren McFadden.  Heck the second year runner might not make much of an impact this season, but I believe he is dynamic and determined enough to earn a spot on your dynasty roster for 2015.

QB Terrelle Pryor, Seahawks 34.86% owned

The 2013 Raiders quarterback situation was in shambles last season.  Pryor showed flashes last season with three games with over 90 yards rushing, but injuries caused him to fizzle out at the end.  The quarterback is an athletic freak and perhaps someone like Pete Carroll can focus on his strengths, making him a viable signal caller.  Cheap talented signal callers are hard to come by, so give this cheap option a chance.
