Lamar Jackson - BAL

On a great pace in 2022

Lamar Jackson
Baltimore Ravens · QB
One of the most iconic faces in the NFL this start of the season, Lamar Jackson had an amazing debut when he threw two deep touchdown passes and had another 17-yard TD pass against the Jets in Week 1.

Another NFL Weekend has come, and you might be thinking about how to set the best player to help you on your Fantasy Football. Ahead of all the excitement, we bring you the NFL Week 4 Mashup to guide you on it.
Quarterbacks
Best QB matchup of the week
Josh Allen
Buffalo Bills -· QB
Allen hasn’t had any big breakout games since the start of the season. However, even after losing to Dolphins last week, the Buffalo Bills’ Quarterback has made one of the best performances so far since the current campaign.
Allen completed 42 of 63 pass attempts for 400 yards and a touchdown. It’s also noteworthy that he also made 63 pass attempts without an interception and was tied for the fourth-most pass attempts without a pick in NFL history, as stated by Elias Sports Bureau.
In case the Bills beat the Steelers on Sunday, he should be ranked as a top-two fantasy QB this week.
Other favorable QB matchups

Incidentally, it is important to note that Jackson was one of the best players in the league in September.

According to NFL data, following three weeks of play, Jackson leads the NFL charts with 10 touchdown passes and 12 total scores.

Jackson is one of the names running for the NFL Players of September.

The Ravens’ 2-1 victory at the beginning of the season made Jackson the AFC Offensive Player of the Month. The Ravens’ QB has compelled 749 yards passing, 10 TD passes and just two interceptions on 56-of-88 passing.

Worst QB matchup of the week

Aaron Rodgers
Green Bay Packers · QB
Last week, Rodgers took his average to a paltry 214.5 passing yards per game and has thrown just two pass TDs this season. A good QB in his prime, the Packers’ QB has not played and even shown his best football this season.

Running Backs
Best RB matchup of the week
Rhamondre Stevenson
New England Patriots · RB
It’s expected that Stevenson starts this weekend. The Patriot’s RB was PFF’s highest-graded rookie last year, putting him into a tier with the likes of Jonathan Taylor and Nick Chubb, one of the best fantasy players so far.
During this regular season, he has made 145 rush yards and also 29 rushing attempts and one rushing touchdown. Stevenson isn’t common to bet on fantasy, but it wouldn’t be crazy to choose him either.
Worst RB matchup of the week

David Montgomery
Chicago Bears · RB
Montgomery’s quality on the pitch is superb. The Texan American allowed the most rushing yards in the NFL to running backs in the 2021 season.

But, with an ankle or knee injury, Montgomery has been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Giants.

Wide Receivers
Best WR matchup of the week
Amon-Ra St. Brown
Detroit Lions · WR
Out in week 4

Worst WR matchup of the week
Deebo Samuel
San Francisco 49ers · WR
Samuel has recorded 131 yards so far. But in the first two games of the season, he had just 58 receiving yards. Not only him, but the entire 49ers’ defense has not enjoyed the best start. With that in mind, you could drop him on week 4.

Other worst WR matchups

Danny Gray
San Francisco 49ers · WR
Anyone who has gotten into NFL might have seen that he only had played against Seattle Seahawks. Gray has missed the first two days of practice; meaning it has likely put him on the wrong side of the question for Week 4. In case Gray sits, Jauan Jennings and Ray-Ray McCloud take over his spot on the field.

Tight Ends
Best TE matchup of the week

Logan Thomas
Washington Commanders · TE
The Eagles have produced great performances, and the team has allowed a league-high fantasy point per game to the tight end position since 2021.

Logan Thomas has averaged 10+ fantasy points per game this season so far. It is likely to notice that most tight ends players are not scoring many fantasy points so far. Taking that into account, you should pick Thomas this weekend.

Worst TE matchup of the week
Dwelley
San Francisco 49ers· TE
As The Athletic stated, Dwelley has been a controversial name on the starting lineup of the 40ers as he missed practice on Friday. Dwelley’s numbers on the regular season have shown that he had 49 yards receiving and two receivers in three games. However, the uncertainty around him might see him dropped in week 4.
