This year has not been kind to the Carolina Panthers or the dynasty league that I own the super duo of DeAngelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart in to say the very least.  Now we fantasy footballers are in the thick of the schedule in week 6. Do either of these RBs, who were drafted on average in between the first and fifth rounds, still deserve to be in your starting lineups or even on your teams?

Let’s first snowblind you with horrific QB names: Jimmy Clausen, and Matt Moore.  These two QBs have combined for a total of 68 for 150 (45.3%) 796 yards passing with 3 TDs to 9 ints.  When I saw those numbers I had to compare them with another scary QB situation ala Ryan Leaf’s rookie year in 1998. Leaf had the same competition percentage (45.3%) with 2 TDs and 15 ints. This is far worse than I even thought.  If you take out Steve Smith’s 13 catches for 174 yards and 2 TDs, the team is on target to go below Ryan Leaf’s numbers.  Read the rest of this entry
