A new labor deal is looking less likely to be agreed upon by the start of the 2011 NFL Draft, which is just 21 days away.

As with prior editions 1 and 2, Andy and I rank our top-30 players which are then ranked by a combined consensus ranking. Any unranked players received a value of 31 in the consensus rankings.
